Melloblocco 2026 returns from May 6th to 9th to Val Masino, Valtellina – Italy, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated events for bouldering enthusiasts.

Every year, La Sportiva‘s international gathering attracts thousands of climbers from all over the world, creating a unique mix of sport, nature, and community.
Registration is now open online at melloblocco.it. The participation fee is € 25.00 and includes:
- official bag with block map
- Partner gadgets (including an E9 surprise)
- official t-shirt of the event
Availability is limited (2,500 kits), and many have already been reserved.

A territory to be climbed
Melloblocco 2026 will take place between:
- Masino valley
- Mello valley
- Valle dei Bagni
The latter returns to the forefront with a direct shuttle connection from San Martino.
The boulders, currently being cleaned and restored, cover all difficulty levels: from pure fun to the most extreme challenges, including “prize boulders,” many of which still have no first ascent.
New for 2026: Equality in Projects
One of the most interesting novelties:
- an identical project for men and women
- possibility of a first female or male ascent
An important signal towards greater inclusivity in bouldering.
The tracking team
Alongside Matteo De Zaiacomo and Andrea Pavan, the team expands with new names and skills, ensuring:
