The partnership brings Thermore® EVOdown® technology—made from recycled fibers—to five models in the new Patagonia collection, designed to handle transitional seasons with warmth, comfort, and a focus on environmental impact.
Thermore, a company specializing in thermal insulation for apparel, is collaborating with Patagonia on the new Heyes Peak collection, introducing Thermore® EVOdown® technology in a line comprising five men’s and women’s styles. The range includes jackets, parkas, a hooded jacket, and a 3-in-1 parka, all designed to offer versatility and protection during transitional seasons.
The collection is designed to adapt to changing weather conditions and everyday use. Thermore® EVOdown® insulation provides warmth and softness without adding bulk, facilitating layering and freedom of movement. A standout style is the Heyes Peak jacket, which combines 80 g/m² insulation with an outer shell made of NetPlus® 100% post-consumer recycled nylon ripstop—derived from reclaimed fishing nets to help combat ocean plastic pollution. All garments are manufactured in a Fair Trade Certified™ facility.

Thermore® EVOdown®: warmth and recycled fibers
Thermore® EVOdown® insulation is made from 100% recycled fibers derived from post-consumer PET bottles. Designed to offer a soft, pleasant feel, it combines the characteristics of synthetic insulation with the easy care and reliability required for long-term use.
The technology ensures consistent, long-lasting warmth and adapts to the needs of a collection designed for variable weather conditions. Furthermore, Thermore® EVOdown® is certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Global Recycled Standard (GRS), and bluesign, underscoring the focus on materials and production processes.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with Patagonia on the Heyes Peak collection,” said Laura Beachy, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications at Thermore. “This launch perfectly reflects the goal we have set for ourselves at Thermore: to demonstrate that high-performance materials and genuine environmental responsibility are not mutually exclusive. With Thermore® EVOdown®, Patagonia is adopting an insulation that meets its sustainability standards across five different models, without compromising on warmth or comfort. We are proud to support a partnership of this kind.“
“This is an exciting collaboration for our team,” added Joe DiGirolamo, Director of Sales at Thermore. “Patagonia is a brand that sets high standards for environmental responsibility—both for itself and its supply chain. Being chosen as the thermal insulation partner for a collection comprising five men’s and women’s garments confirms Thermore’s position as a key player in the industry. We are confident that retailers and consumers alike will appreciate a line that delivers on its promises regarding performance and respect for the environment.“

Recycled materials and treatments without intentionally added PFAS
The Heyes Peak jacket features a 1.2 oz, 20-denier NetPlus® ripstop shell fabric treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish made without intentionally added PFAS. The combination of recycled fiber insulation and recycled shell fabric reflects the collection’s approach of integrating selected materials into every layer of the garment.
“The best materials are those that help us meet our customers’ needs while simultaneously reducing our environmental impact,” explained Mark Little, Senior Business Unit Director – Lifestyle Essentials & Graphics at Patagonia. “Thermore® EVOdown® gave us the opportunity to offer reliable warmth, softness, and durability in the Heyes Peak collection, integrating top-tier materials throughout the system. This is the kind of innovation we are excited to bring to market.”

Heyes Peak 3-in-1 Parka: price and availability
The Heyes Peak 3-in-1 Parka is already available on Patagonia’s Italian online store, in men’s and women’s versions, priced at 500 euros.
The collaboration between Thermore and Patagonia confirms both companies’ commitment to developing solutions that combine performance, material quality, and environmental awareness through the use of recycled insulation and fabrics.
