“Nowhere is far away” is the famous tagline of the Asolo-based company, which has been designing and manufacturing mountain footwear and meeting all its mountaineering needs since 1938. Therefore, a great new addition to the mountaineering sector and an update to a classic approach shoe were a must. Here’s how they’re made: Horizon GTX and Mescalito 2 GTX.
Scarpa – Horizon GTX
The Horizon GTX is a versatile hiking shoe designed to provide long-lasting comfort, support, and stability during long days outdoors. The EVA/rubber midsole provides effective cushioning and excellent shock absorption, while the intuitive lacing system ensures a quick and secure fit.
