Carosello 3000’s Top Experiences are transforming summer in Livigno.
The calendar of events takes place every Sunday from July 19th to August 30th 2026, with a special event scheduled for Friday, August 7th, offering guests of Little Tibet unique opportunities to experience the mountains from a different perspective.
The first light of morning gives the peaks a suspended atmosphere, where the sun emerges above a sea of clouds that slowly gives way to Alpine panoramas and the valley floor. It’s a natural spectacle that makes every day spent at altitude even more special.
To celebrate this moment, Carosello 3000 has created a program of experiences dedicated to those who want to experience Livigno beyond the classic hiking itineraries, combining nature, taste, wellness, and breathtaking views.
Sunrise Experience: Panoramic breakfast at 3,000 meters
The Sunrise Experience allows you to ride the cable car as early as 6:00 a.m. to watch the sunrise from the terrace of the Carosello 3000 restaurant, located just steps from the cable car arrival point.
After the spectacular sunrise, guests can enjoy the Summit Breakfast, a generous buffet featuring Valtellina specialties, artisanal cakes, chocolate fondue with fresh strawberries, and savory options like egg cocotte with Prague ham. The experience concludes with a toast in the new panoramic room, overlooking the mountains at nearly 3,000 meters above sea level.
The cost, including a round-trip cable car ride, is 39 euros per person.
Yoga Experience: Awakening at the Summit, Surrounded by Nature and Wellness
Those who want to start the day with relaxation can choose the Yoga Experience, led by instructor Serena Zangrando.
After the 6:00 a.m. cable car ride, a short walk leads to a spectacular viewpoint overlooking the Livigno valley, where a lesson dedicated to sun salutations and connecting with the Alpine environment takes place from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
At the end of the activity, the program includes returning to the Carosello 3000 Restaurant for the Summit Breakfast.
The experience, including a mat and breakfast, costs 49 euros per person.
Morning Walk: Guided Trek to Monte delle Rezze
Accompanied by an Alpine guide, guests can participate in the Morning Walk, an easy hike lasting just over an hour each way that leads to Monte delle Rezze, known to the residents of Livigno as the “Madonon.”
The route leads to one of the most evocative panoramic points in the area, with an open view of the Livigno valley and the glaciers of the Bernina and Ortles-Cevedale groups.
At the end of the excursion, a Summit Breakfast is planned at the Carosello 3000 Restaurant, available until 9:45 am.
The cost of the experience is 49 euros per person.
The early opening of the cable car also represents an opportunity for hikers who want to set off early and make the most of the long summer days.
Aperitif in the Sky: Sunset tasting on the cable car
The special event of the summer is scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2026, when Carosello 3000 offers the exclusive Aperitivo nel Cielo, organized in collaboration with the Valtellina winery Nino Negri.
The experience begins between 5:00 and 5:30 PM with the meeting at the Carosello 3000 cable car and the ascent to the refuge. From 6:00 PM, guests are welcomed on the terrace with live music and a guided tasting of Nino Negri wines, served by a sommelier along the entire route.
The wines are accompanied by a selection of typical local products, including cheeses from the Livigno Dairy.
At 6:30 PM, the tasting continues directly in the cable car, as the sun sets over the Livigno mountains, offering an exclusive experience suspended between sky and nature. The return is scheduled for 8:00 PM, with a final gift given to all participants.
The initiative costs 60 euros per person and is reserved for 20 cabins, designed to accommodate 4 people, with the possibility of increasing to 6 participants upon request.
