A global tour to strengthen community ties

The new edition of the Climb World Tour represents one of the most important events in the dialogue between La Sportiva and the world of climbing. Over the years, each stage has become an opportunity for the community to meet, share, and grow.

Following the success of previous editions, the project is evolving to introduce an “on the road” format: a true van tour connecting the various stages, creating continuity between territories, athletes, and enthusiasts.

Leading the journey are some of the most representative athletes of the La Sportiva team – Caroline Ciavaldini, James Pearson, Siebe Vanhee, Klaas Willems and Lara Neumeier – who accompany the public along the route, sharing their experiences and values of contemporary climbing.

The tour connects the two souls of modern climbing, indoor and outdoor, creating a bridge between the urban dimension of gyms and the natural roots of the discipline, which have always been an integral part of the brand’s DNA.

European stages between cities and nature

The 2026 Climb World Tour kicks off in some of Europe’s major cities, including Turin, Paris, Brussels, Stockholm, Munich, and Vienna. The stages take place in leading gyms for the urban climbing scene, true hubs for the local community.

At the same time, the tour passes through outdoor settings closely linked to the history of climbing, integrating nature and culture into the overall narrative of the event.

This approach allows us to combine contemporary indoor practice with climbing’s outdoor origins, offering a complete and authentic vision of the discipline.

Turin inaugurates its tour in Italy

There’s great anticipation for the inaugural Italian event, scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at BSide Climbing Gym di Torino. The city represents an ideal meeting point for the community, thanks to its strong urban scene and proximity to the Alpine environment.

The program includes:

  • product testing sessions
  • training moments
  • challenges open to all

Alongside the climbing, there will also be space for storytelling with the participation of international athletes from the La Sportiva team, including Elias Iagnemma, Caroline Ciavaldini, and James Pearson, who will share experiences and reflections on the evolution of climbing.
