Starting March 1, 2026, the Spanish brothers will adopt a complete La Sportiva look, marking the natural evolution of a historic partnership.

After years of collaboration focused on footwear, this new agreement consolidates a relationship based on trust, authenticity, and shared values. A bond built in the field, reflecting a shared vision of the mountains, based on passion, experience, and technical expertise.
Iker and Eneko Pou: protagonists of modern mountaineering
With over thirty years of shared activity, Iker and Eneko Pou are a benchmark in contemporary mountaineering. Since 2000, they have formed a stable climbing team that has contributed to the evolution of the discipline through technical and challenging ascents on large walls.
Over the course of their careers, they have accumulated more than 3 million meters of vertical gain and approximately 80,000 climbing routes around the world, from the Picos de Europa to the Alps, to the Himalayas, the Andes, Africa and Antarctica.
Among the most iconic projects are:
- “Seven Walls, Seven Continents”
- Reference big walls such as “Bravo les Filles” in Madagascar
- Rock routes up to grade 9a
- First alpine-style ascents such as “Truenu” in the Picos de Europa
- New lines in the Cordillera Blanca in Peru
