The outdoors returns as a protagonist in Riva del Garda with the 2025 edition of ORBDAYS
On May 25 and 26, Riva del Garda will host the eleventh edition of the Outdoor & Running Business Days, the reference B2B event for the sports sector. After the record results of 2024, ORBDAYS is preparing for a new leap in quality, with the ambition of consolidating its role as a European – and increasingly global – platform for the outdoor and running world.
The numbers speak for themselves: over 200 brands, 1,500 retailers, more than 4,000 operators involved and 9,000 product tests. With these results, the event is expanding its international scope thanks to the support of partners such as Assosport, Italian Outdoor Group, ICE and the exhibiting companies. Buyers, distributors and media from the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Mexico, Scandinavia and Eastern European countries have already confirmed their presence. The goal? To make ORBDAYS the number one B2B outdoor fair in Europe.

Alongside business and networking opportunities, the event will offer spaces dedicated to innovation, technical tests, product previews and training. The 2025 edition will also be an opportunity to delve deeper into the topic of sustainability, with the presentation of the results of an ESG research dedicated to Italian companies in the outdoor sector. The study, conducted on 20 companies with turnovers exceeding 10 million euros, analyzed the level of ESG maturity through 10 key indicators. The results – which highlight a marked difference between advanced companies and others still in the initial phase, also on the communication front – will be discussed in a dedicated workshop to promote more aware and effective environmental strategies.
The winning format of the event remains unchanged: a dynamic mix of business, product testing and networking immersed in one of the most evocative outdoor contexts in Europe, between Lake Garda and the Brenta Dolomites. The commitment to sustainability continues in 2025, with the compensation of emissions through carbon credits certified in collaboration with Climate Partner.
To complete the picture, the increasingly close connection between outdoor and running: two worlds that communicate, contaminate each other and generate value.
On 25 and 26 May 2025, Riva del Garda will once again be the European capital of outdoor business. An event that grows, inspires and looks to the future. Because the outdoors is not just a market, but an ecosystem in constant evolution.
