The many via ferratas in Garda Trentino are the perfect opportunity to experience the thrill of altitude: the territory boasts, in fact, more than ten in a radius of a few kilometers that reach 1,600 meters of altitude, for endless adventures among gorges, waterfalls, living rock and breathtaking views. With opportunities for both experienced hikers and beginners, Garda Trentino offers adventures tailored to every level of experience. From today, the emotions multiply thanks to the exciting innovations of the 2025 season that open new routes and restore and renew itineraries already known and appreciated.
Rio Sallagoni via Ferrata
A fascinating route that winds through the suggestive bed of a stream, where the gurgling of the waterfalls accompany the climb step by step. A hidden world among lush vegetation and plays of light dancing on the rocks. This is the spectacle offered by the Via Ferrata Rio Sallagoni, now even more exciting thanks to the second section, created after the clearance and equipment work and recently inaugurated.
Already known for its fascinating itinerary through the narrow gorge carved out by the river of the same name, the via ferrata is immersed in a suggestive atmosphere made even more adrenaline-filled by the two Tibetan bridges that seem suspended in the void. The new equipped section allows not only to continue along the gorge, but also to cross the river several times thanks to brackets positioned on the rock slabs and to cable bridges. All this while being able to count on a continuous safety line that guarantees the possibility of using a cable for the entire route. Given the possibility that the water level may rise, the route has also been raised.

Via ferrata Che Guevara
Challenging the heights like explorers ascending on the back of a rock giant. This is the impression you get when undertaking the exciting Via Ferrata Che Guevara, restored by a specialized company, whose reopening is scheduled for the summer. The route – of a high difficulty level – climbs up Monte Casale, which at 1500m in height is one of the most imposing rocky bastions of the Prealps, giving unforgettable views of the Sarca Valley.
