Altavista: the new chairlift to Livigno’s highest point
The main new feature is the debut of the Altavista six-seater chairlift, replacing the historic Blesaccia II.
Equipped with protective domes, heated seats, and an automatic safety bar closing system, the lift ensures a comfortable and safe ride, even for the littlest ones.

Enhanced performance and unique panorama
Starting at 2,323 meters, Altavista reaches 2,794 meters, the highest panoramic point accessible by ski in the Livigno ski area, overlooking the Livigno Valley and the Federia Valley.
With a capacity of 2,800 people/hour and a speed of 5 m/s, skiers reach the summit in just 5 minutes, with direct access to a vertical drop of 1,000 meters on the Blesaccia, Femminile, and Zuelli slopes.

New Baby chairlift: more comfort for families and beginners
The area next to the Carosello 3000 restaurant has been renovated with the new 4-seater Baby chairlift, perfect for children, beginners, and users of The Beach Snowpark.
With 34 chairs and individual ski rests, it covers a 240-meter run and a 48-meter vertical drop, improving accessibility and safety.
The Federia chairlift has been upgraded: less waiting, more skiing.
The Federia chairlift increases capacity from 1,800 to 2,800 people/hour, significantly reducing queues and making traffic flow more fluid in one of the busiest areas thanks to its north-facing exposure.

Carosello 3000 Restaurant: a new panoramic room overlooking the valley
The renovation also involves the mountain facilities: the new panoramic dining room has been completed, a modern space with large windows, natural materials, and a bright atmosphere that enhances the view of the Livigno Valley.
This is the first step in a larger project that will be developed over the coming years to offer increasingly innovative and sustainable services.

Carosello 3000 towards Milan Cortina 2026
With these works, Carosello 3000 strengthens its identity as a top-class ski resort. Livigno will be the official venue for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games, hosting freestyle skiing and snowboarding.
The new infrastructure represents a lasting legacy for athletes, tourists, and the local community.
