At a time when many sports companies are seeking stability and solid foundations, investments of this type not only meet internal needs but also send a clear signal to those seeking a structured partner to tackle new challenges in European markets.

The new Vignate headquarters marks a strategic step for the company: a modern building designed to combine logistical efficiency and quality workmanship, with space ready to support growth of up to 75% in the coming years. At the heart of operations is the main warehouse, spread across three levels of 2,500 square meters each, equipped with manual picking systems and state-of-the-art shelving, developed with the assistance of a professor from the University of Padua. The facility also features six loading bays to optimize time and shipments, along with innovative lifting systems, automated lighting, heat pumps, and full insulation, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency. Safety features include a 700-cubic-meter underground fire-fighting tank.

The company’s environmental focus is reflected in the perimeter hedge, composed of 12 species of native shrubs typical of Milan’s agricultural landscape. In terms of social sustainability, the headquarters integrates spaces designed for guests and employees: the ten executive offices include meeting rooms, a showroom, a quiet room, and a terrace with a pergola, reflecting a people-centered corporate philosophy.

Founded in Germany in 1934, Reusch is now a world leader in the production of sports gloves, with a distribution network reaching 93 countries and an international team of over 80 employees between its headquarters in Bolzano, the German branch in Reutlingen, and, starting today, the logistics facility in Vignate. A family-run business led by the Weitzmann family, the brand collaborates with over 700 top-level professionals, including alpine ski champions Mikaela Shiffrin and Marco Odermatt, soccer goalkeepers Alisson Becker and Unai Simón, as well as the ambassadors present at the inauguration.

With the opening of its new Milan headquarters, Reusch reaffirms its international vocation and strengthens its ties with athletes, retailers, and consumers, charting a clear course towards the future: growth, innovation, and quality at the service of sport.
