One of the most anticipated events for winter mountain professionals is about to return. Prowinter 2026 will take place from January 11th to 13th at Fiera Bolzano, confirming its position as an international reference point for the outdoor and winter sports sector. A B2B event that combines exhibitions, snow tests, meetings, and visions of the future of the mountains.

A renewed and increasingly international format
For its 26th edition, Prowinter presents a completely evolved format, built in dialogue with companies, retailers, and industry professionals. The fair focuses on innovation, sustainability, and high-level networking, offering a comprehensive experience to exhibitors, rental companies, and operators.
The big new feature for 2026 is the new pavilion entirely dedicated to the outdoors, which will host the Scandinavian Village, featuring leading brands such as Fjällräven, Montura, Karpos, Jack Wolfskin, Petzl, Rab, Osprey, and many others. This confirms the event’s international vocation, increasingly becoming a meeting point for professionals from Germany, Austria, Scandinavia, Benelux, and Eastern Europe.
Sustainability at the Center: Awards, Meetings, and Strategies for the Future
Sustainability plays a key role again this year. For the first time, the Prowinter Award will include a dedicated criterion for environmental responsibility, assessed by a specialized ESG consultant.
There will be plenty of high-level discussion, including:
- Winter Sports Sustainability Network Meeting
- Ski Industry Climate Summit
Prowinter Test Days: the latest news straight from the snow
2026/2027 material testing on the Carezza slopes
The Prowinter Test Days return on Monday, January 12th and Tuesday, January 13th, organized with the support of ITASNOW and Pool Sci Italia. These two days are designed to preview the 2026/2027 season’s ski equipment directly on the slopes, transforming Carezza into a true open-air laboratory.

Among the main events at the fair:

- Prowinter Lab with the first data of the 2025/2026 season
