Met Helmets has developed the new Revo open-face helmet to address the ever-increasing needs of bikers for safety and ventilation on challenging trails tackled at high speeds
As a natural evolution of the Met Roam, the Revo helmet goes one step further, because safety is a concept that can never be taken for granted. Combining linear and rotational impact standards, Met Helmets engineers optimised the design to perform across a wide range of impact energies.

Met Revo: Design
With a 5-star Virginia Tech rating and NTA 8776 certification (e-bike specific), it is built to meet the needs of modern MTB, “acoustic” and electric riding. When it comes to safety, the shell has more coverage (+10% over its predecessor Met Roam), tested on impacts around the two most sensitive brain areas, the back of the head and the temple. The helmet is tested with a 21% higher impact velocity and is able to dissipate up to 43% more energy.
Designed for long Trail Riding rides, the Italian brand developed the Revo helmet in The Tube, its internal wind tunnel. The Revo’s 23 openings and internal ventilation channels offer a 23.5 per cent increase in thermoregulation efficiency over its predecessor.

Featuring the MIPS Air Node system to reduce rotational impact forces and a Safe-T Heta fit system for a precise and comfortable fit, the Met Revo is made to give confidence on every ride.
The visor is adjustable and has a safety release system that makes it detach in the event of a crash. It is also flexible to avoid changes in the position of the helmet on the head during impacts.

Thanks to the proprietary Safe-T Heta retention system, the Met Revo helmet offers exceptional fit and stability on the head, without discomfort, adding compatibility with any goggles of your choice. The 360° headband ensures no pressure points on the skull and the easy-to-use three-position vertical adjustment allows you to customise the fit.
Last but not least, the Fidlock magnetic locking system is quick and easy to use, even with gloves on.

Met Revo is available in three sizes – S 52-56 cm, M 56-58 cm, L 58-61 cm – and in six colours, with a declared weight of 390 g (size M) and a retail price of 200 euro.
