The Stelvio Pass, a symbol
With an elevation of 2,758 meters above sea level, a total length of 21 kilometers when approached from Bormio, with its 40 hairpin bends signaled as if it were a countdown, 7 tunnels and connecting three regions, the Stelvio Pass encompasses two centuries of Italian history.
This important anniversary will be celebrated with numerous cultural events and sporting initiatives, and among the latter is LaStelvioSantini.
Year after year, LaStelvioSantini pays tribute to the passion for cycling and the territories that host it. The start on June 8 next year will be made even more special by this important anniversary.

The Alta Valtellina amateur cycling event will see its participants at the starting line in Bormio on June 8, 2025. As per tradition, the three routes, – the long one of 130 kilometers, the medium one of 108 and the short one of 64, – will test the riders, who will have to reach the summit of the Stelvio Pass at 2,758 meters.
Finally, the possibility of eBike participation in the short course is reconfirmed, as well as the option of pair entries, so that cycling will be increasingly inclusive.
LaStelvioSantini is an amateur event on three routes, the long 130 km, the medium 108 km and the short 64 km, which attracts thousands of cyclists from all over the world every year with the goal of conquering one of the holy monsters among the peaks of great cycling, the Stelvio Pass.
