The F.lli Campagnolo Group—a leader in the apparel and textile sector with brands such as CMP—has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 gender equality certification. This recognition, issued by Bureau Veritas, certifies the adoption of corporate policies and practices aimed at equity, equal opportunities, and the valorization of diversity within the organization. This achievement concerns a company that, as of September 30, 2025, employed a total of 666 people in Italy, including both employees and contractors.

Within this scope, women represent 73% of the total. This figure is significantly higher than both the 50% threshold identified as an indicator of gender balance and the average benchmark for the relevant sector.

“Achieving this certification is a concrete step in strengthening our responsibility towards
people, who have always been at the heart of our company. This recognition demonstrates a commitment that touches the
sensitivity and daily culture of our organization. For us, investing in equality and inclusion means
improving the quality of working life and contributing to building a more equitable and peaceful future for every single
person who is part of the great F.lli Campagnolo family,” commented Michela Campagnolo, CEO
of the F.lli Campagnolo Group.

A structured path

This achievement stems from a structured process that focuses on the establishment of the Steering Committee for Gender Equality, which took place at the end of 2024. Made up of various corporate figures, the committee is committed to implementing measures aimed at ensuring equality. These include equal access to training and career paths, and widespread staff training on diversity, inclusion, and the use of respectful language in the workplace. At the same time, the company has introduced concrete corporate welfare initiatives, which are essential to ensuring true equality and support for parenting, which F.lli Campagnolo believes is a value to be actively supported.

These measures include the “baby bonus”—awarded to 25 employees in 2025—along with preventive health measures for the entire company (diabetes screening, mammograms, and mole screening) and actions aimed at optimizing work-life balance.

Focusing on people is part of a long-term social responsibility strategy. Although not yet subject to regulatory requirements, F.lli Campagnolo has been preparing its own Sustainability Report for years. Furthermore, starting in 2024, it has chosen to align with the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) to anticipate compliance with European regulations. This choice confirms its commitment to a process of continuous and measurable improvement that involves people, the environment, and the business.
