Two new Arc’teryx winter outfits: Rush for him and Incendia for her. Both are updated with the new GORE-TEX PRO ePE fabric, an ultralight technology that doesn’t compromise on protection and durability, and is also free of intentionally added PFAS.
Rush
The Rush Jacket has been redesigned for those who regularly spend time in the backcountry and need a jacket that’s comfortable and efficient on both climbs and descents. The new 80D GORE-TEX PRO ePE material guarantees total waterproofness, wind protection, and excellent breathability, while remaining surprisingly light. The updated, less snug and more functional fit allows for easy access to pockets even with gloves. Convenient details such as a chest pocket, roomier internal pockets, and a more compact RECCO® reflector have also been added, for greater comfort without adding weight.
The matching pants—also made of GORE-TEX PRO ePE fabric—also offer optimal performance, thanks to a looser fit through the legs that ensures maximum freedom of movement. Zippered thigh vents to disperse heat on climbs, Keprotec® reinforcements on the instep for greater protection from abrasion and tearing, along with a durable stretch softshell gaiter to prevent snow from entering the boots and adjustable suspender attachments, make these pants perfect for backcountry and freeride.
Incendia
The Incendia Jacket is Arc’teryx’s most versatile freeride jacket, designed for those who spend long days on the snow, tackling exposed ridges, icy winds, and early starts. Its hybrid construction, combining GORE-TEX PRO ePE with a durable 200D recycled nylon canvas in high-abrasion areas, offers superior protection and a solid feel right out of the box. A zippered hood that stows in the collar, an adjustable asymmetric hem, and an ultra-breathable lining make the jacket extremely adaptable to the day’s conditions. The matching pants, made of durable GORE-TEX canvas combined with GORE-TEX PRO ePE fabric, keep you dry even in the most extreme conditions. A drawcord-adjustable hem allows you to customize the fit around your boots, while the relaxed, high-waisted cut offers greater freedom of movement.
