Ten guests will depart from Cortina d’Ampezzo, the beating heart of the upcoming Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, to reach the legendary Cinque Torri. Here, guided by Ghisolfi, beginners and more experienced climbers will have the opportunity to learn climbing or perfect their technique, learning the fundamentals and immediately putting them into practice on natural rock faces that have shaped mountaineering history. Stefano will accompany the participants, alternating technical exercises with practical demonstrations and moments of personal discussion. Between climbs, Ghisolfi will share behind-the-scenes stories and anecdotes from his career at the pinnacle of the sport, offering guests the unique opportunity to discover his vision of climbing as a discipline, passion, and lifestyle.

Specifically, a survey conducted in collaboration with YouGov estimates that over 11 million Italians choose slow tourism, with a clear preference for authentic experiences and rural destinations—an option chosen by one in two travelers—confirming a shift toward stays off the beaten track.
This trend is part of Airbnb’s broader goals, as it strives to strengthen collaborations with local and international partners to promote responsible tourism in all the regions hosting the Olympic Games.

How to book an Airbnb experience with Stefano Ghisolfi
The activity, scheduled for a single date on September 29th, will be reserved for just ten guests. Reservations will open on September 10th, 2025, at 12:00 PM CEST at this link, at the symbolic price of €26. Participation includes all climbing activities under the direct guidance of Stefano, who will guide guests step by step through fundamental techniques and shared moments on the rock. Travel expenses to the Dolomites are not included, and places will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
