Bolzano, October 7, 2026 – The new project aims to strengthen the circuit by incorporating new destinations, creating a network that links snow-based experiences with outdoor activities across other seasons. At its core remain the diversity of the region—its valleys and distinctive landscapes—alongside the culinary traditions found in mountain huts and alpine pastures, and the warm hospitality of the local area.
From Val Venosta to Valle Aurina: 18 destinations to discover
The network extends from the Vinschgau Valley to the Merano area, passing through Bolzano and the Upper Isarco Valley, and reaching as far as the Ahrntal Valley. It also includes two destinations across the border: Nauders in Austria and Minschuns in Switzerland.
In total, the Südtirol Skiarena offers 558.4 kilometers of slopes, served by 118 lifts and 101 mountain huts. The breakdown of the runs includes 199.9 kilometers of blue slopes, 275.3 kilometers of red slopes, and 83.2 kilometers of black slopes, providing options suitable for skiers of varying experience levels.

From glacier skiing to summer hiking
The new consortium allows you to explore different settings using a single pass. In Val Senales, you can ski on the glacier at an altitude of up to 3,200 meters, while Merano 2000 offers spaces designed for the little ones—including a dedicated children’s area—as well as numerous trails for winter and summer hiking.
Monte Cavallo, which can be reached in just a five-minute walk from the historic center of Vipiteno, offers an experience that combines the mountains with the charm of a typical South Tyrolean village. The network also includes Racines-Giovo, in the Upper Isarco Valley, as well as Klausberg and Speikboden, in the Aurina Valley.
Each ski area retains its own identity and individual opening schedules, allowing for a choice between different offerings within the same circuit.
Südtirol Skipass 2027: a pass valid all year round
The 2027 Standard Südtirol Skipass provides access to the lifts in 18 participating ski areas with a single pass, valid from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027.
During the winter, the pass allows for unlimited use of all open lifts. In the summer, it includes one ascent and one descent per day for each lift in operation.
The annual pass thus accompanies enthusiasts to various destinations throughout the entire year, offering the chance to alternate between days spent skiing in the winter and high-altitude excursions during the warmer seasons. It is a solution designed especially for those who regularly visit the resorts within the network and wish to explore the region at different times of the year.
The pass is available for advance purchase until November 30, 2026, with a 15% discount off the standard price. The rate for adults is 599 euros, instead of 705 euros. There are also separate rates for seniors, youths, and children.
For those planning shorter stays, multi-day “Holiday” ski passes are available, valid for three to six days.
